Brazilian stuck in Nagoya city, for colliding on the bicycle of two 18-year-old high school girls at a traffic light intersection in Onishi, Minato-ku.
The Brazilian Gabriel Hirata Porto, 22, had no driver's license and ran away without paying assistance.
